- Yes, we exclusively list all
hotel/motels we market for sale. In today's nationwide marketplace
buyers and cooperating brokers want to know someone is associated
with the owner to represent the property. Buyers detest
"confidential listings" where only sketchy information is
available or they have to sign non-disclosure statements to get
any information. Cooperating brokers dislike confidential listings
because they recognize there is likely no commission agreement and
probably no protection for them if they bring in a buyer. They
